Houppette in Signature Magazine this August!

Earlier this week Houppette had a photo shoot with Signature Magazine! We created four fabulous make up looks that are perfect for this fall and they were modeled by our very own Kristina Ruggerio. Make your body worth baring too!

- Make sure to exfoliate and moisturize to keep your skin soft and smooth. Look for products with age fighting antioxidants like Vitamin C, grape seed extract, acai or soy extract.

- Get your summer sun from a bottle! A gradual self tanner or an instant bronzer is the healthy way to achieve a perfect tan.

- We hate to say cellulite... but some tips to camouflage are scrubs and creams with caffeine and collagen boosting ingredients like Vitamin C, Vitamin A, green tea or coffee extract.

"Naked" Beauty

This summer we are all about a fresh, natural face! In order to create this look focus on perfecting your skin and blending the products into your skin.


Here are some quick and easy tricks to achieve this look..


- An oil-free foundation or a tinted moisturizer is great for a lightweight coverage, oil-free help sweat proof your look.

Tip: For more of a dewy look adding a touch of illuminating foundation is a great option.

- A creme blush is a great summer option for a very natural subtle cheek color right on the apples of your cheeks.

Tip: Use a mineral powder or loose setting powder like translucent powder in order to keep your make up in place during a hot and humind day!!

- Bronzer is key! Lightly dust your bronzer where the sun would naturally hit your face. Dont' forget to bronze under your chin and the sides of your nose for a natural contour and a complete sun kissed look.

- Bronzer is also great to use as an eye shadow. Lightly brush your bronzer over your lids and then you can even add a touch of creme shadow for some more color!

- Using a flat brush to stipple liquid eye liner in between your lashes brigthens your eyes with a no liner look. Perfectly naked!

- Black mascra works for all skin tones and for evening or daytime looks. Add an extra coat for a sexy evening look!

Tip: A mascra or eye liner with a blue hue is great in order to make the whites of your eyes pop!

- A sheer lightweight lip gloss is great for a perfect summer pout. Coral, peachy colors are great this time of year and adding a natural liner will keep a longer lasting kiss!

Tip: Adding a lip stick under your gloss is a great way to go from a day to night time look.
